The ideal firmness level depends on your sleeping position and preferences: the Soft type offers more gentle support and cushioning, while the Firm one offers more stable support and resistance. For those unsure, our Shredded Memory Foam Pillows come with an extra 200g of filling, allowing you to easily tailor the pillow's height and support to your liking.

When unboxing your Viewstar pillows, unwrap them carefully with scissors. Once opened, they will start to inflate and fluff up. To help them come to life, give them a full massage by beating, shaking, and squishing as needed. Wait 24 hours before the first use to let the pillows grow wonderfully.

Your Viewstar pillows are machine washable. Set your washing machine to a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water under 40°C/104°F, using only mild, neutral detergents. For the best clean, run an extra rinse cycle to ensure the soap is gone completely. For tumble drying, always use a delicate cycle with no or low heat. Air drying is recommended.
